Board Service at a Glance

  • Term of Service: 3 years

  • Meetings: Monthly Board of Directors meetings + committee participation

  • Fiduciary Duty: $1,200 “Give or Get” annual commitment, oversee top level priorities, governance, and compliance with integrity

  • Responsibility: Provide mission-driven governance and strategic leadership—hiring/supporting the CEO, insurance legal and fiscal oversight, monitoring impact, and mobilizing resources—to protect the organization’s purpose and long term stability.

  • Engagement: Attend Annie Malone’s signature events, including the May Day Parade & Family Festival

  • Advocacy: Serve as ambassadors for Annie Malone in your networks and the wider community
