Board Service at a Glance
- Term of Service: 3 years
- Meetings: Monthly Board of Directors meetings + committee participation
- Fiduciary Duty: $1,200 “Give or Get” annual commitment, oversee top level priorities, governance, and compliance with integrity
- Responsibility: Provide mission-driven governance and strategic leadership—hiring/supporting the CEO, insurance legal and fiscal oversight, monitoring impact, and mobilizing resources—to protect the organization’s purpose and long term stability.
- Engagement: Attend Annie Malone’s signature events, including the May Day Parade & Family Festival
- Advocacy: Serve as ambassadors for Annie Malone in your networks and the wider community
